THE WORKING METHOD
We will meet weekly for a period of 21 weeks. This is approximately 5 months.
After each session you will receive a debriefing of what was mentioned, homework (yes, it's important), and extra reading material, should you wish to broaden your knowledge of the subjects we cover each time.
I'm here to support you. This means that you can call/text/mail me between sessions. You are not alone in this.

What is "Real Life Coaching"?
It is a form of non-cheerleading, honest, result-oriented, scientifically based approach to what is widely known as Life Coaching. No laws of attraction or universe-related themes here.
What is Holistic Life Coaching?
I believe in the interconnection between body - mind - soul. When I coach with a holistic approach, I focus on all aspects of your life, not just one or two. The seven dimensions of your life that I aspire to balance are: Emotional, Social, Physical, Financial, Spiritual, Intellectual, and Environmental.
How much time do I need to dedicate to this?
Our weekly sessions will last approximately one hour. Your homework should take you another hour at the most. I strongly suggest you set some time apart to reflect on each week's progress as well.
Do you coach in groups?
At the moment, the only way to coach you is privately. However, if group coaching is what you were looking for, please contact me to place you in the waiting list and let you know as soon as I have something in the planning.
Where do the sessions take place?
The sessions take place either at my office, online, or outdoors: by the sea for example. Many of my clients feel more focused and have a sense of freedom when coached outdoors. The reconnection with nature plays a major role in the cognitive process of each session. I dare you to try it!
I can't commit to a 5-month coaching programme. I wish you had something smaller.
No problem! The Leverage Coaching sessions are all about... freedom! With no agenda attached, this is ideal for the woman that wishes to polish just a specific area of her life and take it to another level.
I was diagnosed with an eating disorder. Is this programme good for me?
You may have read in my CV that I have a Master of Science in Psychology, however I work only as a coach. This means that for any diagnosis of a psychological issue, such as an eating disorder, depression, bipolar disorder, GAD, etc. you should ask the help of a licensed professional. If you are already seeing someone and your symptoms are under supervision and control, then we can absolutely have a chat about what we can do together.
